Common questions
Coach playbook answers.
How do we decide if a session gets pulled?
If readiness and tissue notes conflict with the plan, send a message to staff before warm-up. We’d rather pivot early.
What metrics matter most before heavy lifts?
HRV trend, sleep quality, and any pain during the prep circuit. Two red flags trigger a volume cut.
How should I log conditioning outputs?
Use wattage, pace, or RPE depending on modality. Include conditions like heat or altitude.
Who updates the block template?
Lead coach adjusts it after reviewing your week and staff treatment notes.
Do I change tempos without approval?
Only if the day’s readiness score is low. Note the change so we can review.
How often do we swap accessory work?
Every two weeks unless a specific issue demands sooner feedback.
What if I miss a lift target?
Log the attempt, note why it missed, and move on. We’ll adjust next block.
How do I use the review call?
Bring one win, one concern, and any travel info for the next week.
